Perfectech International Holdings Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that the group’s share capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

• All statutory and regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by the company secretary, including receipt of all monies due, fulfilment of listing conditions, and uniformity of share rights.

The unchanged capital metrics and confirmation of adequate free float suggest organisational stability, with no dilution or treasury share movements recorded in August 2026.
