InvesTech Holdings Limited reported a narrowed net loss for the six months ended 30 June 2026, supported by resilient sales in its core IT infrastructure system integration division and continued demand for smart office software solutions.

Revenue and Profitability • Revenue rose 8.50% year on year to RMB268.20 million (1H 2025: RMB247.25 million), driven chiefly by an 11.50% increase in Mainland China sales to RMB228.86 million as clients accelerated AI-related IT spending. • Gross profit improved 16.40% to RMB34.80 million, lifting the gross margin to 13.0% from 12.1%. • Net loss narrowed to RMB9.08 million, versus a RMB14.11 million loss a year earlier, trimming the net loss margin to –3.4% from –5.7%. • Basic and diluted loss per share declined to RMB4.40 cents (1H 2025: RMB7.06 cents).

Cost Structure and Expenses • Cost of sales increased 7.40% to RMB233.39 million, largely in line with revenue growth. • Selling and distribution costs expanded 8.5% to RMB12.81 million, reflecting higher sales commissions. • Administrative expenses fell 17.4% to RMB25.56 million, underscoring the company’s ongoing cost-control initiatives. • Fair-value loss on investment properties moderated to RMB1.76 million (1H 2025: RMB4.10 million). • Finance costs remained stable at RMB6.08 million.

Liquidity and Capital Position • Net cash generated from operations totalled RMB30.84 million, a turnaround from a RMB49.35 million outflow in 1H 2025. • Cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB55.39 million at period-end, up from RMB48.18 million at 31 December 2025. • Interest-bearing bank and other borrowings declined to RMB204.90 million (31 December 2025: RMB229.82 million); gearing ratio improved to 30.4% from 36.3%. • Current ratio remained at 1.1.

Share Placement In June 2026, InvesTech placed 39.98 million new shares at HK$0.67 each, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$25.80 million. About 90% of the funds were used to repay promissory notes and bank borrowings, with the balance allocated to working capital.

Operational Highlights • Mainland China remained the principal market, contributing 85.3% of total revenue. • Hong Kong revenue slipped 1.3% to RMB38.71 million, reflecting slower progress on the government-backed smart library system project. • Headcount increased to 323 employees (end-2025: 310) as the Group strengthened technical and sales teams. • No interim dividend was declared.

Outlook Management signalled a cautiously optimistic stance, aiming to deepen Asia-Pacific expansion and leverage partnerships with technology majors to capture AI-driven IT infrastructure demand while maintaining strict cost discipline and enhancing risk resilience.
