CGN New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that its 2026 Interim Report, a circular dated 15 September 2026 (with the accompanying notice of Special General Meeting) and the related form of proxy are now available on both the company website (www.cgnne.com) and HKEx’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for hard copies will receive printed versions by post. Others can access all materials through the “Investor Relations” section online or request physical copies at no cost by submitting the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

To streamline communication, CGN New Energy recommends that shareholders provide a functional email address to the registrar with a minimum seven-day written notice. Where no valid email is on file, the company will mail (i) a letter notifying shareholders of new online publications and (ii) all future actionable corporate communications in printed form.

Shareholders may revise their chosen method of receiving corporate communications—or request printed versions of the current documents—at any time by written notice or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. Existing requests for printed materials remain valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.
