The Cayman-incorporated LED lighting manufacturer, listed on GEM since 16 November 2017, confirmed an issued share capital of 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each. Shares trade in board lots of 8,000.

Shareholding concentration remains high. Executive Director Shiu Kwok Leung controls 124.00 million shares, representing 24.80% of issued capital. His spouse, Chung Yu Chun, is deemed interested in the same stake. Executive Director Huang Aizhong holds 119.54 million shares, or 23.91%. The two largest disclosed interests together account for 48.71% of the company.

The board comprises four executive directors—Shiu Kwok Leung, Shao Chiliang, Zheng Yi and Huang Aizhong—and three independent non-executive directors: Lang Jilu, Chung Hoi Yan and Cheng Hok Ming Albert.
