Prudential plc executives buy shares under employee purchase plan

Prudential plc (PRU) announced on Sep, 14 2026 that seven persons discharging managerial responsibilities have acquired ordinary shares in the company through the Prudential All Employee Share Purchase Plan.

The transactions, all executed on Sep, 10 2026 on the London Stock Exchange, were completed at GBP 9.899362 per share. Chief Financial Officer Ben Bulmer purchased 42 shares, Chief Human Resources Officer Catherine Chia bought 38 shares, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer Avnish Kalra acquired 42 shares, Eastspring Investments Chief Executive Officer Rajeev Mittal purchased 42 shares, Chief Transformation Officer Kenneth Rappold bought 42 shares, Regional CEO (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar) Dennis Tan acquired 40 shares and Group Chief Executive Officer Anil Wadhwani purchased 42 shares.

In total, the executives bought 286 shares for an aggregate consideration of approximately GBP 2,831.

Prudential plc provides life and health insurance and asset-management services across Greater China, ASEAN, India and Africa. The company has primary listings in Hong Kong and London, with additional listings in Singapore and New York.
