KPM Holding Schedules 21 Aug 2026 AGM to Vote on Rights Issue and Placing Agreement

KPM Holding Limited has issued a proxy form ahead of its annual general meeting (AGM), set for 3:00 p.m. on Friday, 21 August 2026 at Portion 2, 12/F, The Center, 99 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong.

The agenda lists a single ordinary resolution: shareholders will decide whether to approve the proposed Rights Issue, the accompanying Placing Agreement and all transactions arising from these arrangements.

Shareholders may appoint the meeting chairman or another designated individual as proxy. Completed proxy forms, along with any relevant authorisations, must reach the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) no later than 48 hours before the AGM or any adjournment.

Holders wishing to vote in person retain the right to attend the AGM directly, in which case any previously submitted proxy will be revoked. Joint shareholders may have any one of the co-holders vote, with precedence given to the first-named holder on the register.
