Everest Medicines: CBC Group Adds 712,000 Shares for HK$19.20 Million, Lifting Accumulated Insider Buying to HK$172.50 Million

Everest Medicines Limited (EVEREST MED) disclosed that substantial shareholder CBC Group, represented by non-executive director and honorary chairman Wei Fu, acquired 712,000 ordinary shares on the open market between 16 June and 17 June 2026. The transactions were completed at an average price of HK$26.99 per share, for a total outlay of approximately HK$19.20 million.

Including this latest move, CBC Group together with members of the board have purchased more than 5.16 million Everest Medicines shares since December 2025, committing in excess of HK$172.50 million in aggregate.

The board indicated that these purchases signal strong confidence in the company’s future prospects and long-term development. CBC Group and the directors may consider further increases in their holdings, subject to prevailing laws and regulations.

The company reiterated its advisory for shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading Everest Medicines securities.
