Richly Field Keeps Issued Shares Steady at 1.17 Billion and Confirms Public Float Compliance

Richly Field China Development Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 May 2026, showing no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The authorised share capital remains at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1.00 each, equivalent to HKD 2.00 billion.

Issued share capital is unchanged at 1.17 billion ordinary shares; the company holds no treasury shares.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised, and no other share movements were recorded for the month.

The company confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 May 2026.

The return was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 June 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Fung Ka Lun.
