On 11 August 2026, Republic Healthcare Limited announced that its latest Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) website and the company’s own site (republichealthcare.asia). Shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials will receive printed versions by mail at no additional cost.
The board, chaired by Executive Director Tan Cher Sen Alan, also confirmed the company’s formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in line with GEM Listing Rule 2.07A. This covers documents such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms, which will henceforth be accessible online rather than distributed in print.
Non-registered shareholders wishing to continue receiving printed documents must submit a reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or send a request via email to republichealthcare.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying their name, address and preference. Those who prefer electronic delivery should ensure their bank, broker, custodian or other intermediary holds an up-to-date email address; otherwise, they will need to check the company and HKEX websites proactively for new publications.
Republic Healthcare underscored that any shareholder encountering difficulties accessing the electronic documents can request free printed copies through the registrar. The initiative aims to streamline communication, enhance timeliness and support environmental sustainability by reducing paper usage.
