Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings reveal that on September 15, Ye Shanmin disposed of 21 million shares in MAIYUE TECH (02501) at a price of HK$1.18 per share.
The transaction totalled approximately HK$24.78 million. Following the reduction, Ye's remaining shareholding stands at around 10.502 million shares, representing a decreased stake of 1.88% in the company.
