Haitian Flavouring buys back 1.04 million A-shares and 0.42 million H-shares on 16 September 2026

Foshan Haitian Flavouring and Food Company Ltd. disclosed fresh share-buyback activity in its Next Day Disclosure Return dated 16 September 2026.

The company repurchased 1.04 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at prices ranging from RMB 33.59 to RMB 34.04, for a total outlay of RMB 35.36 million. The transaction reduced the A-share float by 0.0189%, taking outstanding A-shares to 5.54 billion and lifting treasury A-shares to 21.58 million.

On the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, 416,100 H-shares were bought back the same day at prices between HKD 26.50 and HKD 26.92, costing HKD 11.11 million. These shares are earmarked for cancellation and bring cumulative H-share repurchases since 1 September 2026 to 5.29 million, equivalent to 18.15% of the 29.12 million-share mandate approved on 14 July 2026. The issued H-share count remains at 291.22 million until cancellation is completed.

No on-market sales of treasury shares were reported, and the 30-day moratorium on new H-share issues or treasury-share disposals runs until 16 October 2026.
