Baiying Holdings Group Limited released its quarterly update on 4 September 2026, detailing operational performance and the status of efforts to resume trading on Hong Kong’s GEM board, where its shares have been suspended since 9 June 2025.
Business Performance • Finance Service Business: Between 5 June 2026 and the announcement date, the Group closed nine new finance-lease transactions totaling no less than RMB 59.00 million (USD 8.10 million). Two of these were classified as discloseable transactions, with details previously disclosed on 2 July and 10 August 2026. • Financial Information Services: Subsidiary Xiamen Baishun Information Technology Limited continues to operate a SaaS-based intelligent CRM platform for small and mid-sized financial intermediaries in mainland China. As of 31 August 2026, the service supported 44 active customers and remains a revenue contributor. • Paper Trading Business: Operations are reported to be normal in all material respects despite the ongoing trading suspension.
Resumption Progress The company has submitted a detailed resumption proposal addressing the Stock Exchange’s guidance and has been providing supplementary information to regulators. Additional responses are being prepared to satisfy further queries from the Exchange. Trading will remain halted until Baiying Holdings re-complies with GEM Listing Rule 17.26, meets all resumption requirements, and secures Stock Exchange approval.
The Board, chaired by Zhou Shiyuan, stated that further announcements will be issued as material developments occur. Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
