Bank of East Asia, Limited (BEA) will list RMB1.00 billion of Non-Preferred Loss Absorbing Notes due 2030 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with trading slated to commence on 16 September 2026. The issuance falls under the bank’s US$6.00 billion Medium Term Note Programme.

The notes carry a fixed coupon of 2.15% per annum and are being offered exclusively to Professional Investors as defined under Chapter 37 of the HKEX Listing Rules. Distribution is conducted outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.

Crédit Agricole CIB acts as Sole Global Coordinator, Sole Lead Manager and Sole Bookrunner for the transaction. The offering is documented in an offering circular dated 7 September 2026 and a pricing supplement dated 8 September 2026.

As of 15 September 2026, BEA’s board is led by Executive Chairman Dr the Hon. Sir David Li Kwok-po and comprises two Co-Chief Executives, six non-executive directors and seven independent non-executive directors.
