HONG WEI ASIA (08191) has announced that following the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting, Mr. Huang Jiancheng has retired from his position as an executive director of the company and will no longer serve as the Compliance Officer. Ms. Liu Yan, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as the Compliance Officer, effective from May 26, 2026.
