Cross-border E-commerce Service Window Launched at Dandong Municipal Administrative Service Hall

To further optimize the business environment for foreign trade and address the challenges enterprises face when seeking to understand and enter the cross-border e-commerce sector, a special task force in Dandong has established a dedicated service counter for cross-border e-commerce at the city's administrative service hall, which is now officially open to the public for consultation and guidance.

Previously, many businesses and entrepreneurs interested in cross-border e-commerce were unfamiliar with the relevant concepts and unclear about the required filing procedures, often leading to fragmented consultations across multiple departments. The newly launched window specifically targets the pain points of "difficulty in getting started" and "difficulty in finding the right channel" for enterprises, serving primarily as a resource for explaining the entire process of establishing and operating a cross-border e-commerce business, as well as offering policy guidance to act as a guide for market entities venturing into this field.

Staff stationed at the window will provide basic knowledge about cross-border e-commerce to visiting business operators and citizens, systematically explain the full workflow for conducting e-commerce operations, and clearly outline the handling procedures for market regulation, customs, comprehensive pilot zone service platforms, foreign exchange settlement banks, and tax authorities. They will also supply information on online service channels, offline office addresses, and contact points for consultations, guiding companies to efficiently complete procedures such as business registration or scope adjustments, customs enterprise filing, opening foreign exchange settlement accounts, and export tax rebate (exemption) filing.
