In line with the stipulations of the Mineral Resources Law and its implementation regulations, the evaluation process for non-oil and gas mineral exploration plans under the ministry-level authority has reached a new milestone.

A rigorous selection process has been completed for the expert panel tasked with reviewing these exploration schemes. This follows the issuance of official recommendation notices and a thorough procedure involving individual applications and unit-based endorsements.

The finalized roster of proposed experts is now open for public consultation. Feedback will be accepted for a five-day window, from September 14, 2026 to September 18, 2026.

Any organization or individual with concerns regarding the listed candidates is encouraged to submit their comments within this period. Submissions must be accompanied by supporting materials; organizations are required to affix their official seal, while individuals must provide valid identification and a contact number.

All correspondence should be directed to the designated email address: jjyjykcfaps@163.com. This announcement was issued by the Chinese Academy of Natural Resources Economics on September 14, 2026.
