Richly Field China Development Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 July 2026, covering the month ended 30 June 2026. The filing shows stable capital metrics and continued compliance with listing rules.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1.00 each, equivalent to HKD 2.00 billion in total.

Issued share capital was steady at 1.17 billion ordinary shares. No treasury shares were held, issued, or cancelled during the month, and there were no changes arising from share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments.

Richly Field confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% of total issued shares as at 30 June 2026.
