Shares of SBP GROUP (01177) advanced nearly 3% in Thursday's trading session, with the stock last up 1.94% at HK$5.525, registering a turnover of HK$104 million.
On Monday, the company announced that its subsidiary, Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (CTTQ), has submitted a new drug application (NDA) to China's Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) for TQH2722 injection, a Class 1 innovative drug targeting IL-4Rα monoclonal antibody. The submission was accepted by the regulator for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) in adults whose condition is inadequately controlled with topical therapy or for whom topical therapy is not appropriate. The NDA acceptance is supported by positive clinical results from the TQH2722-III-01 study.
On the same day, the company also announced that CTTQ has filed another NDA with the CDE for TQB2102 injection, a Class 1 innovative HER2 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). This application, which has also been accepted, is intended for adult patients with unresectable or metastatic HER2-low (IHC 1+ or IHC 2+/ISH-) breast cancer who have not previously received chemotherapy in the recurrent or metastatic setting. Notably, this indication had already been granted Breakthrough Therapy designation by the CDE.
