KPM Holdings Limited has posted its latest shareholder documents in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.kpmholding.com) and the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Key contents • Circular dated 27 May 2026 outlines: 1. Proposal to grant general mandates authorising the board to issue new shares and to repurchase the company’s own shares. 2. Proposed re-election of directors. 3. Proposed re-appointment of the company’s auditors. 4. Notice convening the 2026 annual general meeting.

• The annual general meeting is scheduled for 24 June 2026; a proxy form for voting has been released alongside the circular.
