IWS Group Sees Stable Share Base in April 2026; No New Issues, Public Float Maintained

IWS Group Holdings Limited (IWS Group) reported no movements in its share capital for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 May 2026.

• Authorised share capital unchanged: The company’s authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million.

• Issued shares steady: Issued shares stood at 800.00 million, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the period. Consequently, the total issued share count was unchanged at 800.00 million.

• Public float fully compliant: IWS Group confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public float requirement as of end-April.

• Share option scheme inactive: Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 20 September 2019, the company reported zero options outstanding and no option exercises. The scheme retains capacity for up to 80.00 million shares to be issued in the future. No funds were raised from option exercises in April.

• No other equity-linked instruments: The filing shows no warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could result in share issuance, and no other changes in issued or treasury shares.

The return was submitted by Director Mr Ma Yung King, Leo, who confirmed compliance with all relevant listing and regulatory requirements.
