Chiho Environmental Sees Litigation Against Subsidiary Withdrawn; Share Suspension Remains in Force

Chiho Environmental Group Limited announced on 15 September 2026 that the Fifth Intermediate People’s Court of Chongqing Municipality approved the plaintiff’s application to withdraw a legal claim against Chiho-Tiande Metals, a wholly owned subsidiary, and against Mr. Tu.
The civil ruling, dated 14 September 2026 and received by the Company on 15 September 2026, formally terminates the proceedings referenced in the Company’s 31 July 2026 announcement.
Trading in Chiho Environmental’s shares has been suspended since 1 April 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and will remain halted pending fulfilment of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s resumption guidance. The Company will issue further updates in accordance with listing requirements.
