SHK PPT: Kai Fai Adam Kwok Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 20.06%

On September 15, 2026, Kai Fai Adam Kwok bought 413,500 shares of SHK PPT (00016) on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 108.6653 per share, involving about HKD 44.93 million. The shares were purchased by a company held indirectly under certain discretionary trusts, of which Mr. Kwok is a beneficiary. This is an on-exchange active trade, i.e., a direct dealing in the secondary market.
Prior to the acquisition, Kai Fai Adam Kwok's long position in SHK PPT was 580.91 million shares, representing 20.05%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 581.33 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 20.06%.
