Aug 31

KPM Holding reported unaudited revenue of S$9.30 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, up 8.70 % year on year. The revenue increase was driven primarily by the core signage segment, which contributed S$8.46 million, or 91 % of group turnover, and grew 12.00 % over the prior-year period.

Gross profit rose 36.03 % to S$4.30 million, expanding the gross margin to 46.2 % from 37.0 % a year earlier. This improvement, together with a sharp reduction in net foreign-exchange losses (S$0.05 million versus S$0.80 million), offset a 92.6 % rise in selling and administrative expenses to S$1.69 million.

As a result, profit attributable to shareholders surged 49.79 % to S$1.70 million, lifting basic and diluted earnings per share to 0.716 Singapore cents from 0.479 cents.

Segment performance: • Signage: Revenue of S$8.46 million (2025: S$7.56 million). • Fitting-out & renovation: Revenue of S$0.59 million (2025: S$1.00 million), reflecting project timing. • IT solution development: Newly contributed S$0.25 million.

Geographically, Singapore accounted for S$8.46 million of revenue, while the People’s Republic of China delivered S$0.83 million.

Cash and cash equivalents stood at S$2.42 million at end-June, down from S$2.94 million at 31 December 2025, after a net operating cash outflow of S$0.97 million. Total interest-bearing borrowings fell to S$1.02 million, improving the gearing ratio to 5.1 % from 6.6 % six months earlier.

No interim dividend was proposed.

Post-period, shareholders approved a change in trading board lot size from 5,000 to 10,000 shares and a rights issue of up to 473.60 million shares at HK$0.10 each, subject to customary conditions.

Management expects steady expansion driven by continued demand for urban signage in Singapore and supportive infrastructure spending in its core markets.
