Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust said on Sep, 15 2026 that it has issued 4.202 million new units at S$0.6754 each to satisfy 60 percent of the base component of its management fee for the period from Jan, 01 2026 to Jun, 30 2026.
Following the allotment, the REIT’s manager holds 8.362 million units, equal to about 0.659 percent of the 1.269 billion units now in issue.
