Shares of NSING TECH (02701) climbed more than 5% during Tuesday's trading session before paring gains, with the stock last up 1.88% at HK$8.12, on turnover of HK$10.12 million. According to the company's official WeChat account, at the recent 2026 China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE), the firm spotlighted its complete N32H493 high-speed optical module dedicated MCU solution tailored for the 800G/1.6T market, addressing key areas such as platform compatibility, customer validation, security compliance, and supply assurance. The related products have now entered early-stage small-batch shipment phase.

Guangda Securities notes that NSING TECH is among the few domestic suppliers to successfully localize MCUs for 800G and above optical modules. The brokerage believes its penetration rate will continue to rise, driven by supply chain security concerns and the broader import-substitution trend. In the first half of 2026, the company's chip business generated revenue of RMB 430 million, up 38.1% year-over-year, with gross profit reaching RMB 136 million and a gross margin of 31.5%, representing a 1.6 percentage point improvement.

The brokerage suggests that the year-over-year gross profit improvement in the chip business during 26H1 reflects a smooth price-pass-through mechanism. Should the industry witness another round of price hikes, combined with the company's growing focus on high-value growth sectors such as AI computing power and humanoid robots, its profitability is positioned for further upside.
