Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited disclosed a fresh round of capital actions on 14 September 2026, combining an on-market share repurchase with a small employee option exercise.

The company repurchased 1.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 1.69 and HKD 1.76, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.70 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.70 million. All repurchased shares are being held in treasury, representing 0.05 % of the issuer’s outstanding shares before the transaction. Since receiving its current buyback mandate on 26 June 2026, Edding Genor has repurchased 3.65 million shares, equal to 0.18 % of the share base on the mandate date. The mandate allows for repurchases of up to 199.07 million shares.

Separately, 7,500 new shares were issued at HKD 0.00155 each following the exercise of employee options granted under the Pre-IPO Share Option Plan (adopted in August 2019 and amended in April and July 2020). The new shares have a negligible impact on the capital structure.

Post-transaction, issued shares excluding treasury stand at 1.987 billion, a net decrease of 992,500 shares, while treasury shares rise to 26.94 million. Total issued shares edge up to 2.01405 billion, reflecting the new-issue component.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Edding Genor is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 14 October 2026.
