Hong Kong Exchange filings reveal that on September 11, Celestial Limited acquired an additional 4.07 million shares of DMALL (02586).
The transaction was executed at a price of HK$4.3162 per share, totaling approximately HK$17.58 million.
Following this purchase, Celestial Limited's aggregate holdings now stand at roughly 429 million shares, representing a 45.75% ownership interest in the company.
The filing also notes that Zhang Wenzhong is listed as a related party involved in this transaction.
