PATEO CONNECT Technology (Shanghai) Corporation reported that two executive directors increased their personal stakes in the company’s H shares on 15 September 2026, citing confidence in the “software + hardware + chips + cloud” strategy and long-term prospects in smart-vehicle technologies.

Executive Director, CFO and Board Secretary Zhang Fukai purchased 40,760 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at an average price of HK$83.60 per share, spending approximately RMB 3.00 million. His holding now totals 128,848 H shares, or 0.077 % of the company’s issued share capital.

Executive Director Lai Weilin acquired 21,860 H shares at an average price of HK$82.89 per share, investing roughly RMB 1.60 million. Lai’s total holding has risen to 80,008 H shares, representing 0.048 % of issued shares.

The purchases, executed via centralized bidding, involve no issuance of new shares and do not alter the company’s overall share capital. PATEO CONNECT confirmed continued compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

Both executives signed a voluntary lock-up undertaking, committing not to sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise encumber the newly acquired shares for 12 months from settlement date, aiming to reinforce alignment with shareholders and stabilize market expectations.
