As of press time, AXT Inc gained 3.9%, Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd, Nokia climbed 3.6%, Applied Optoelectronics and Lightwave Logic, Inc. each advanced 3.3%, and Coherent and Corning rose more than 2%.
