On September 18, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued the official approval for Aote Technology Co., Ltd.'s initial public offering (IPO) registration, according to information from Zhitong Finance APP. The company, which plans to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market, has appointed Huatai Securities as its sponsor, with the goal of raising approximately 525 million yuan.
Based on the prospectus, Aote Technology is a national-level "little giant" enterprise recognized for its specialized and innovative capabilities, focusing on the research, development, production, and sale of programmable logic controllers (PLC). Medium and large-sized PLCs represent the company's core product line. As one of the earliest tech-driven enterprises in China to independently develop medium and large PLCs, the firm has dedicated nearly two decades to localizing PLC technology since its inception.
To date, the company has successfully developed two main product families: the NA general-purpose series and the NJ autonomous and controllable series. These products have achieved full software and hardware self-reliance, marking a significant milestone in domestic PLC innovation.
