IWS Group Holdings Limited has announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025/26 annual report, accompanying circular, notice of annual general meeting (AGM) and proxy form are now available. Stakeholders can access the documents via the “Announcements” section of the company’s website (http://www.iws.com.hk) or through the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who prefer hard-copy materials may request printed versions—English, Chinese or both—free of charge. A Change Request Form, included with the notification, enables holders to (1) obtain physical copies of the current documents and/or (2) alter their future communication preferences, choosing between online access with e-mail or letter notifications, English-only print, Chinese-only print, or bilingual print delivery.

Completed Change Request Forms should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours or via email to 6663-ecom@vistra.com.

The notification, issued on 10 July 2026 by Executive Director and Chairman Ma Kiu Sang, confirms that IWS Group remains committed to providing shareholders with timely and cost-effective access to its corporate communications ahead of the forthcoming AGM.
