FS.COM (03355) dropped more than 3% in Wednesday trading, down 3.14% to HK$39.52 at the time of writing, with turnover reaching HK$9.36 million.

On the news front, cornerstone investors of FS.COM hold a combined 16.92 million H-shares, with the lock-up period concluding on September 22, 2026. Starting September 23, these shares have officially become freely tradable on the market.

Notably, the company has executed buybacks for 10 consecutive trading days since being included in the Stock Connect program on September 7. During this period, it repurchased a total of 1.90 million shares, with cumulative buyback spending amounting to HK$75.53 million.

For the first half of this year, the company achieved revenue of RMB 1.76 billion, up 25.9% year-over-year. Net profit reached RMB 451 million, a 65.1% increase, while adjusted net profit stood at RMB 471 million, up 59.8% compared to the same period last year.

The sustained business growth during the period is primarily attributed to the robust global demand for AI computing infrastructure deployment and the continuous expansion and upgrading of large-scale high-speed data centers. This has effectively driven the overall prosperity of the enterprise-grade high-speed networking equipment and supporting services industry.
