160 Health International Limited announced on 15 September 2026 that it is transitioning its entire suite of corporate communications to electronic dissemination. The policy covers directors’ reports, audited financial statements, interim and annual reports (and their summaries), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

The company will post both English and Chinese versions of all future documents on its own website (www.91160.com) and on the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will cease unless shareholders specifically request them.

Because no email address is currently on file for certain registered shareholders, 160 Health is urging these investors to provide an active email address. Shareholders can:

1. Scan the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form to register an email address, or 2. Complete and return the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or 3. Email 160health.ecom@computershare.com.hk with name, address and a request for printed copies.

If no functional email is supplied, the company will continue to mail printed Actionable Corporate Communications—documents that require shareholder instructions—until an email is provided. Shareholders opting for printed materials may do so for a period of up to one year, unless the instruction is earlier revoked or revised.

Queries can be directed to the share registrar at +852 2862 8555 on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).

The notice was issued by Mr. Luo Ningzheng, Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of the board of 160 Health. The latest move follows an initial notification sent on 25 September 2025 and aligns the company with broader market practices aimed at enhancing communication efficiency and reducing paper usage.
