FS.COM Buys Back 400,000 H-Shares; Treasury Stock Rises to 1.26 Million

FS.COM Limited (HKEX: 03355) reported the on-market repurchase of 400,000 H-shares on 15 September 2026. The transaction was carried out on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the company’s existing share-repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026.

The shares were bought at prices between HKD 36.00 and HKD 39.50, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 38.60 per share. Aggregate consideration totalled HKD 15.44 million.

Following the buyback, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.10 % to 404.41 million, while treasury shares increased to 1.26 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 405.68 million shares.

Including this transaction, FS.COM has repurchased 1.26 million shares, representing 0.31 % of the 404.81 million shares in issue when the current mandate was granted. The company is now subject to a moratorium on new share issues or further disposals of treasury shares until 15 October 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.
