AAC Tech Repurchases 200,000 Shares for HKD 8.09 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 44.06 Million

AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. executed an on-market buyback of 200,000 ordinary shares on 15 September 2026, paying a volume-weighted average price of HKD 40.47 per share. The transaction cost the company HKD 8.09 million and was conducted within the repurchase mandate approved on 21 May 2026.

Following the repurchase, AAC Tech’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.02% to 1.15445 billion. Concurrently, treasury shares increased to 44.06 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.19850 billion shares.

Cumulatively, AAC Tech has bought back 7.33 million shares under the current mandate—equivalent to 0.63% of the issued share base at the mandate date—leaving headroom to repurchase up to 108.85 million additional shares.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, AAC Tech is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 October 2026.
