Shenzhen Longsys Electronics Co., Ltd. (LONGSYS) announced that Hong Kong’s Listing Rule 13.48(1) will not require the company to publish a standalone interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has accepted LONGSYS’s application for exemption on the basis that:

1. The Prospectus dated 31 August 2026 already contains all financial information stipulated in Appendix D2 of the Listing Rules, including comparative figures for the six-month period ended 30 June 2025.

2. The Prospectus discloses the company’s compliance status with the Corporate Governance Code in Part 2 of Appendix C1, together with explanations for any deviations.

3. Issuing a separate interim report would not affect compliance with LONGSYS’s constitutional documents, PRC regulations or other prevailing requirements.

Consequently, LONGSYS will neither prepare nor distribute a separate interim or summary interim report for 1H26. Shareholders and prospective investors can access the unaudited half-year financial information—already embedded in the Prospectus—through the HKEX market website (www.hkexnews.hk) or the company’s site (https://www.longsys.com).

The statement was authorised by Chairman Cai Huabo on behalf of the Board, comprising three executive directors, two non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
