The company announced that it has been informed Ngans Lawyers LLP, the petitioner, filed the petition with the Hong Kong High Court on June 16, 2026, after trading hours on June 17, 2026.

The petition was filed on grounds that the company owes approximately HK$588,808 in unpaid service fees under a Chinese-language Annual Legal Services Engagement Agreement.
