The Xiong'an International Integrated Computing Power Dispatch Hub was officially activated on September 12th during the 2026 China Computing Power Conference Xiong'an Forum, held in Langfang. The event also marked the establishment of the Xiong'an Computing Power Alliance and the release of several pioneering innovations in the sector, contributing "Xiong'an Intelligence" to the high-quality development of the national computing industry.

The newly launched hub comprises two core components: the Xiong'an International Computing Power Dispatch Platform and the Xiong'an International Large Model Service Platform. Aimed at becoming a national-level cross-regional dispatch hub, the dispatch platform already covers all eight national computing power hubs and connects to 44 resource pools across 19 provinces, with a total capacity exceeding 27,000 P. The large model service platform focuses on token scheduling and consolidates a full range of mainstream models to create a global aggregation service hub.

With the hub now operational, the dispatch and model platforms will work in tandem to foster a new computing ecosystem characterized by integrated scheduling, standardized services, and market-based resource allocation, thereby strengthening the core infrastructure of the integrated computing network.

Collaboration among multiple stakeholders is essential to bring this computing power to life and ensure its effective use. In this spirit, 12 leading industry entities, including Xiong'an Cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd., Hebei Telecom, Hebei Mobile, Hebei Unicom, and CNNC Huahui Technology Development Co., Ltd., jointly initiated the formation of the Xiong'an Computing Power Alliance. The alliance will concentrate on advancing computing-network integration innovation, optimizing resource coordination, and nurturing digital industry ecosystems, while also promoting infrastructure sharing, joint technical breakthroughs, and cross-sector application development to cultivate new productive forces centered on digital computation.

Under the theme "Future Industries Empowering the City of the Future," the forum also showcased a series of new technology products, including Dongjian Technology's encrypted intelligent computing integrated machine and Huaqing Zhiyan's AgentOS system. Additionally, typical application scenarios for computing power in smart environmental protection, emergency management, urban governance, and smart government were unveiled, along with an integrated computing-network construction plan featuring Xiong'an's smart transportation network, computing network, and next-generation communication network, highlighting the latest achievements in the field.
