Republic Healthcare Publishes Interim Report and Transitions to E-Delivery of Shareholder Communications

Bulletin Express
Aug 10

Republic Healthcare Limited announced on 11 August 2026 that its latest Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (hkexnews.hk) and the company (republichealthcare.asia). Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find the printed report enclosed with the notice.

In line with GEM Listing Rule 2.07A, the board confirmed the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Shareholders will be notified of each publication by post or email, depending on their recorded preference.

To maintain timely access, investors are urged to register a functional email address by scanning a personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Absent a valid email, shareholders will not receive future notification alerts and must proactively monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites for new documents. Printed versions of “Actionable Corporate Communications” will continue to be dispatched as required by the GEM Listing Rules.

Those preferring hard-copy materials for all future communications can request them—by email to republichealthcare.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by written notice to the registrar—although such instructions remain effective for one year and must then be renewed.

Enquiries regarding these arrangements can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited via the dedicated email address above.
