Madison Holdings Group Limited has announced that its auditor’s English name has been changed from Prism Hong Kong Limited to CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited, with the corresponding Chinese name changed to 思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司. The change took effect on 21 August 2026. The decision was disclosed in a board-approved filing dated 1 September 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Lee Man Tai.
