Baijin Life Science Holdings Limited has published its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report covering the year to 31 March 2026, detailing progress across its skincare, jewellery and strategic-investment segments.

Environmental Performance • Greenhouse-gas output fell 4.0% year-on-year to 364.72 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent. Direct (Scope 1) emissions dropped to 1.70 tonnes, while energy-indirect (Scope 2) emissions declined 6.4% to 346.50 tonnes. • Energy consumption decreased 3.7% to 611.46 MWh, aided by LED upgrades, smart lighting controls and optimised logistics. The firm targets a 5% cut in energy intensity by FY 2027 (FY 2025 baseline). • Water use fell 5.8% to 1,295 m³; non-hazardous waste generation slipped to 0.12 tonnes. Packaging-material usage rose to 5.00 tonnes as product volumes expanded. • No hazardous waste was generated, and no material breaches of environmental regulations were recorded.

Climate Strategy • Board-led governance incorporates Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) principles. • Scenario analysis identifies extreme weather, supply-chain disruption and tightening carbon regulation as principal risks; product innovation and supply-chain resilience cited as opportunities. • Energy-intensity reduction and fleet fuel-efficiency initiatives form part of mitigation efforts; contingency planning is in place for acute weather events.

Social Metrics • Headcount rose to 84 employees (81 full-time); 55% are female and 62% are aged 30–50. • The annual staff turnover rate stood at 30%, with no child or forced labour cases reported. • Average training hours reached 11.26 per employee; 86% of staff received training during the year. • The company reported zero work-related fatalities and no lost-time injuries. Health-and-safety policies include emergency management, chemical-handling programs and risk assessments for expectant employees.

Governance and Ethics • The Board oversees ESG strategy, supported by a Sustainability Committee and independent advisors. • A reinforced Code of Conduct, whistle-blowing mechanism and regular anti-corruption training underpin a zero-tolerance stance on bribery, fraud and money laundering. No corruption cases were recorded during the period.

Supply-Chain Oversight • The Group managed 172 active suppliers—138 in mainland China, 14 in Hong Kong, eight in the US and 12 elsewhere—under a “Green Purchasing Policy” that favours environmentally responsible vendors. No significant environmental or social risks were identified in the supply chain.

Community Engagement • A corporate-social-responsibility system aligned with SA 8000 guides labour, safety and welfare initiatives, while stakeholder engagement informs community investment priorities.

The report, approved by the Board, reaffirms Baijin Life Science’s commitment to integrating ESG principles into its operations and long-term strategy, aiming to enhance resource efficiency, reinforce governance and create sustained value for stakeholders.
