KPa-BM Holdings Reports Stable Share Capital and Adequate Public Float for April 2026

KPa-BM Holdings Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each, equivalent to HK$20.00 million. Issued share capital was steady at 556.93 million shares, and the firm held no treasury shares.

Management affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating that at least one-quarter of the company’s issued shares continued to be held by public shareholders.

No movements were recorded in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other share-related agreements, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts outstanding. The company secretary confirmed that all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements were met throughout the month.
