Hong Wei Asia Reports No Change in Share Capital; Confirms Public Float Compliance for April 2026

Hong Wei (Asia) Holdings Company Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period ended 30 April 2026. The submission, dated 4 May 2026, shows that the company’s share structure and public float position remained stable throughout the month.

As at 30 April 2026, the company had 73.72 million ordinary shares in issue, identical to the balance at the end of March 2026. No treasury shares were held, created, or cancelled, and there were no repurchases or redemptions pending cancellation.

The issuer confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement, affirming that at least 25% of its issued share capital continues to be held by the public.

No share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other agreements capable of diluting the share base were outstanding or executed during the month.
