Ms. Hu Lanying has resigned from her roles as executive director and Chief Executive Officer of the company to focus on other business pursuits, according to an official corporate filing.
In a related move, Ms. Tsang Ka Yan (formerly known as Tsang Ka Yan) has been appointed as an executive director, also effective September 7, 2026.
