Der Future Science And Technology Holding Group Co.,Ltd. (002631.SZ) issued a statement regarding recent share price fluctuations, clarifying the current status of its graphene-related operations. The company's graphene business primarily involves the sale of graphene preparation equipment, application products, and the provision of testing services.

According to the company's 2026 Semi-Annual Report, revenue from its graphene testing services reached RMB 169,300 during the first half of 2026, while sales of application products totaled RMB 24,000. Combined, these figures account for only 0.05% of the company's total semi-annual revenue for 2026.

The company noted that its graphene application products are mainly consumer goods, such as insulated cups and purification devices, and it currently holds no orders for industrial application products. As of the date of this announcement, Der Future has no pending orders for its graphene preparation equipment, application products, or testing services.

The company urges investors to make prudent decisions and remain vigilant of potential investment risks.
