IWS Group Holdings Limited (IWS Group) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming a month of unchanged share capital and continued compliance with public-float requirements.

• Authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million.

• Issued share capital was steady at 800.00 million ordinary shares; no movements in issued or treasury shares were recorded during the month.

• Public float exceeded the Main Board’s 25 % threshold, with the company affirming sufficiency under Listing Rule 13.32D(1). Treasury shares were nil.

• The board confirmed full compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and all relevant legal and filing requirements regarding share capital during the month.

With no equity movements recorded, IWS Group’s capital structure and total issued share count remain unchanged as at 30 June 2026.
