同日，胖东来创始人于东来在其社交账号上发布声明，进一步阐释了公司的人才战略。声明中强调，“胖东来所有新招聘的员工都将以学员身份加入，签订四年合约，合约期满后不再续签，旨在为社会培养更多杰出人才，特别是专业技能精湛的专家。”
