Bank Of Changsha Co.,Ltd. has announced that a batch of restricted shares from its initial public offering will become tradable on the stock market on September 28, 2026.
The shares being released are part of the IPO's offline subscription tranche, involving 18 shareholders and totaling 870,129 shares. This represents approximately 0.0216% of the bank's total share capital. The lock-up period for these shares was set at 96 months from the company's listing date.
Following this unlock, the bank will have no remaining restricted tradable shares, while the number of unrestricted tradable shares will increase to 4,021,553,754. The involved shareholders have fulfilled their commitments regarding the IPO share lock-up arrangements.
The sponsor institution, CITIC Securities, has expressed no objections to the release of these restricted shares for trading.
