KPa-BM Holdings Limited has announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Annual Report 2026, the accompanying circular, the notice of Annual General Meeting and the proxy form are now available on both the company’s website (www.kpa-bm.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board is urging shareholders—particularly non-registered holders—to access these documents electronically. Investors who experience difficulties with email notifications or website access can obtain printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the specified request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage, and requests can also be submitted via email to 2663-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders preferring to receive future corporate communications electronically are instructed to provide their email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a functional email address is supplied through these intermediaries, such investors will continue to receive printed notices of publication.

The notification, dated 23 July 2026 and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Yip Pak Hung, reiterates that “Corporate Communications” encompass key documents such as annual and interim reports, financial statements, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms.
