Hong Wei (Asia) Holdings Company Limited (“HONG WEI ASIA”) has released the prospectus for its upcoming rights issue, confirming an entitlement of four rights shares for each share held on the record date. The document, dated 8 June 2026, is available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s homepage (www.hongweiasia.com).
The prospectus marks the formal launch of the capital-raising exercise and outlines full details of the offer, including timetable, procedural requirements and shareholder instructions. While the filing targets all shareholders, the board has issued a specific notice to non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held through CCASS—to inform them of access arrangements.
Non-registered shareholders wishing to obtain a printed copy of the current prospectus or any future corporate communications can complete and return the enclosed request form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The pre-addressed mail label provides for postage-paid return within Hong Kong.
Upon requesting a printed copy, shareholders will automatically receive hard-copy versions of all subsequent corporate communications unless they instruct the registrar otherwise or cease to hold HONG WEI ASIA shares. Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) or via email at 8191-ecom@vistra.com.
The notice was authorised for issue by Executive Director Liu Yan on behalf of the board.
